Digital products

• Digital downloads (e.g., PDF instructions) are generally non-refundable once delivered.
• If the file is defective or cannot be accessed, contact us and we will fix or replace it.

Physical products

• If physical kits are offered, returns will follow applicable consumer laws.
• For damaged shipments, contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
